Fathma is Head of Philanthropy at Euro Quality Foundation, a grant giving body that supports charitable organisations across the UK and globally. The Foundation was founded as a partner to Euro Quality Lambs Ltd, the largest halal lamb exporter in the UK. The Foundation prioritises strategic giving, supporting grantee organisations to operate in accordance to Islamic principles. Additionally, Fathma founded Social Impact Reporting, a consultancy that works with businesses and nonprofits to track and measure the social impact they create.
